Experience Required: 8+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support Critical Supply Chain and Warehouse management applications. That include BY and RedPrairie WMS solutions Solutioning and development of functionality changes
Customer coordination to understand issues, requirements
Strong Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong Communication skills Strong expertise in WMS product
Good understanding of middleware
Understanding of Supply chain aftermarket processes
Coordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and Support requirements. Understanding of Agile process.
Generic Managerial Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on support and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Mentoring the junior team members and getting the work assigned and delivered by them A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
